In July, 2007, The Bridge has taken initiative of motivating rural unemployed youth to acquire training in employable skills with post-training employment potential.

In this regard, The Bridge is taking guidance and assistance from the Directorate General (E & T), Min. Of Labour, Govt. Of India, IFFCO Foundation, Don Bosco Technical Institutes (New Delhi & Lucknow), Construction Skills Training Institute of Larsen & Tubro Ltd., New Delhi etc.

Extensive interaction has been initiated with the rural umemployed youth in Villages Neolakarsanda, Baragaon, Bansa & Masuali, District Barabanki, UP and information about courses/trades, training details etc. are being disseminated.

The Bridge has already sponsored 6 rural unemployed youth from Village Neolakarsanda, District Barabanki, UP, for training in construction skills (Mason, Form Carpentry & Bar Bending) at CSTI, Larsen Tubro, Delhi.

Efforts are being made to sponsor rural unemployed youth for farm sector training courses such Horticulture, Agriculture, Dairy, Goatery, Fisheries, Nursery Development etc.
