    Brief Details Of Projects Being Initiated
> Project proposal submitted to National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation for providing training in Soft Toys making by Institute of Toy Making Technology (ITMT), Kolkota, for the rural girls/women of village Masauli and neighboring villages of District Barabanki (UP). After successful completion of training trained girls/women will be provided assured employment by ITMT at its various soft toys production centers.
   
> Application submitted to Khadi & Village Industries Commission for Certification and Direct Registration. This will enable procurement of production orders on job work basis from KVIC for the trained girls & women of village Baragaon and surrounding areas and marketing avenues for the handloom products including garments and handicrafts such as Zardozi, Chikan and Crochet Craft products etc.
   
> Project proposal submitted to the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, for setting up 2 Mini-handloom Cluster Centres (one each at Nainamau and Bansa, District Barabanki) under Integrated Handlooms Development Scheme of O/O the Development Commissioner for Handlooms. These centres will provide skill upgradation training, teaching aids, design development, design adoption, design dissemination, market support by arranging interface between designers, producers and buyers and innovations in appliances and accessories used by the weavers.
   
> Project proposal submitted to the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), for “Integrated Design Development Project” and “Product Development for Export” under the Design & Technology Up gradation Scheme of the DC (Handicrafts). These projects will enable professional intervention leading to improvement in the livelihood and enhancing earning capabilities of the artisans in villages of Baragaon, Bansa, Masauli, Rasauli etc. engaged in Zardozi, Chikan and Crochet crafts. A few urgent interventions required are in terms of tools & techniques, adequate marketing facilities & avenues, supply of quality of raw materials & other inputs.

Project proposal is being submitted to National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation under their Vocational Training Scheme for providing sustainable employable skills training in tailoring, embroidery, crochet etc. for the rural girls/women of villages Baragaon, Rasauli, Masauli, Bansa etc. of District Barabanki (UP). After successful completion of training SHG and/or private ltd. company under the Companies Act (Amendment) 2002 will be formed and production and marketing arrangements will be made.
