The Bridge organized interactive sessions, workshops and get-togethers primarily for dissemination of information and creating awareness amongst handloom weavers and artisans in villages Sainti, Bawan, Bilgram, District Hardoi, villages Baragaon, Masauli, Rasauli, Bansa, Nainamau, Zaidpur District Barabanki, about various programs & schemes of the O/O Development Commissioner Handloom, O/O Development Commissioner Handicrafts, National Bamboo Mission, for skill upgradation, improvement in technology, training, marketing, welfare schemes. One important area of focus was intensive interaction and meetings with banks of the area for lending micro credit/loans to the weavers and artisans and also interacting with weavers, artisans and others for making them aware of micro credits/loans for improving their facilities and providing assistance to them in doing paper work for availing such loans.
